Dear Albert Tshepo Themba I sell scones at mtn taxi rank at jozi ( unoin square ) and there's a guy who is a foreigner he sells sweats and cigarettes he doesn't even have a passport and he is rude to me he often pollute the area that I'm selling to when I ask him why he does that he wants to fight I don't want to take action on my own hands because I Don't have a power to and during Friday's where I sell I usually pay 30 rands for selling fees and he doesn't and what's sad is that I'm a South African citizen...please help me or advice me what can I do with that ..
