On behalf of Doornkop community in Ventersdorp Plots to which i am also a resident in that community. We applied for our title deeds since 1995 at Land Affairs in Pretoria. To date we have not received any feedback on the progress pertaining to our applications. The North West land affairs which bears the responsibility to settle this matter, is not willing to entertain this issue and we approached them for many years but every-time they overlook our concerns. We therefore would like to put this matter under your attention to assist us in expediting it.
