Trust you are well. I received details from Miss Lee-Anne she send me a Title Deed via mail from rdp email address LeeAnne@rdphousing.org. The title deed was send on the 24 June 2024 at 11:01. Due to I'm on the waiting list since 2005 and meet the criteria for the Goodwood project.Issued a project Number G50368499/7E house number E25 Italy Street Avon Goodwood Western Cape. APPROVED to occupied on the 3rd July 2024. Lee-Anne said over whatsapp my application will be put on hold till I pay a fee of R5000 in pep. Yesterday Lee-Anne said I must pay the money into Pep and send the slip and pin number via whatsapp. Is this the correct pay method if there is payment involve. Where do i report with my title deed please. Im so excited i have a wife and 4 kids living with my in-laws in a one bedroom house. Please advise Sir. Will be appreciated.
