I have a wife from Swaziland and we got married last year and our kids don't have birth certificate and i was told if we get married its gonna be better because she lost her passport that shows the dates when the kids where born in South Africa but their hospital booklets show they were born here and we got married last year still they want my 3 months payslip that show i earn R8000 and more and am currently unemployed does it mean we must divorce now and my kids won't have a future in South Africa where me the father was born
