Dear Mrs Creecy, it's with a very heavy heart that I am now contacting you, as I have tried all other avenues to resolve my case with RAF. My court case was on 26 August 2024 and it was found in my favour, the RAF however got a 180 day grace period to make such payment, which should have been 26 February 2025. Said day came and went and instead of making any payment or at least supplying me with a link, they started pretending that there was documentation missing, which was definitely not the case. I started sending each and every piece of documentation, as supplied by my attorney, but as soon as they got it they either asked for other documents or pretended they never got the others. In the interim I had a friend who was fronting my carer's salary and she passed away suddenly on 30 June 2025, which has left me in dire straits. Right now I'm begging people to help me pay her, but that will only last that long. I'd be destitute without a carer, as the accident has left me unable to walk, as I would need further surgery on my leg and the longer I wait, the less probable it would be that i ever will. I'm sure you understand how fragile we are at our age( by the way I was also born in 1958) I would really appreciate your help in this matter
