We ( the community members and healthcare workers) raised our concerns to the West Rand Health District and Gauteng Health Department several times but fell in deaf ears about the poor state of the infrastructure left for more than eight (8) months unfinished by the local building construction due to non payment by the provincial government, the workers are been forced to work under unsafe and unconducive working environment with a threat of disciplinary and dismissal by the senior officials, patients are put at risk of injured and contracting other illnesses due to dust and uncovered roofing. the facility is in depreciation state of collapse anytime.

Fraudulent activities, Corruptions, Nepotisms, Irregular Appoint Of Employees, Mismanagement Of Funds, Ill-treatment Of Employees And Bribery are the Orders of the day. We tried to engage our unions but also dragging its feet due to bribery and handouts from the Officials. We really urge you all to come down here and hear our pleas and cries so as to institute the investigations on the this rotten health district.

We put our lives on the line to save the peoples' lives at unsafe facility with poor security infrastructure and personnel, raised our safety with our senior officials but nothing has been done until this date.

The healthcare workers are passionate, dedicated, working extra miles to provide service to the communities and striving to curb the spread of Covid-19 infections but the treatments we are faced with, leads the workers to resign, become impassionate, demoralized, loosing eagerness and incompetent gradually hence we need your urgent interventions, assistances, acts and boasts that would help to institute the investigations and brought the culprits to book before the entire health district collapse or bankrupt.
