DEAR MR.

My name is Presley Jonkers iam 27 years of age I have recently completed a SAMTRAC course the flagship in occupational health and safety at BAKERSFIELD FET COLLEGE in the north west in wich the course was funded by my employer STEYNMOND BOERDERY a small grape farm located close to RIEMVASMAAK next to the boarder of Namibia. I was born and raised by a single parent in a small town called PLETTENBERG BAY in the Garden Route whereby we relocated to the birth place of my ancestors KAKAMAS NORTHERN CAPE a small rural area close to the boarder of Namibia where we originated from.

Since iam struggling in finding a job opportunity due to the lack of resources in the Northern Cape region as u know,I had this bright idea to start my own training facility whereby I will be providing mining machines operators training and short courses to assist the youth in the Northern Cape rural areas in finding a career path or atleas the basic knowledge and when iam referring to the youth iam referring to high school drop outs, matriculated youth and people wiling to change their circumstances and not make an excuse out of it. I believe that the young people of the Northern Cape deserves a second chance and that their stories should be told.

The reason why I want to provide mining machine operators training and health and safety short courses such as occupational health and safety, basic fire fighting and first aid it's due to the only work opportunities available is in the mining industries and grape farms in wich our elders are already situated and due to the lack of staff members in our health facilities. We will be assisting them in giving the youth the basic basic knowledge of the health department to assist in our health facilities where we have a current situation in Kakamas Cillie clinic where there is only one qualified medical practitioner with no assistance and it always result to a point where alot of patients won't be assisted.

I have already started with my my training centre's registration with CIPC and SARS on the bizportal platform whereby I received my documents in wich the training facility is registered as THE JONKERS FACTORY machines operators training and short courses and I was currently registering with the DHET and QCTO but due to lack of funds and sponsorship iam unable to proceed with this idea in helping the youth of the Northern Cape to presume a career path as there are a lot of young people wiling to work during the Grape season to obtain a qualification to boost their knowledge and experience.

Such institutes are only available in the North West region. Upington and kuruman are the only places in the Northern Cape that provides relevant short courses and training although there are alot of small rural areas and towns situated around these areas .some places might be to far too reach for some youth resulting in financial difficulties such as transportation, accommodation and groceries allowance.

I am a high school graduate with a SAMTRAC and language competence certificate in ENGLISH, AFRIKAANS AND ISIXHOSA obtained from my previous work experience as an volunteer casual court Interpreter for the Magistrates court of KNYSNA.

Iam looking forward to briefly explain my plan and situation to you as I have highlighted in my email.

YOUR'S SINCERELY
