Dear Mr Matiase
Writing on behalf of the Joe Slovo Communal Property Association that own Erf 587 of Dispatch farms that I am currently assisting in enquiring about the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro Municipality that has infiltrated the entity using a ward councilor that is not a signatory of the cpa to perform corruption and sell the land without the knowledge of the owners of the land.
As on the 20th of this month municipal planer is advertising to change the entire land plan to a municipal land as they claim to own the land.
We called for interventions from the land reform department but we have been failed not once as they dismiss us by giving us hope to return to us with full investigation.
I have all documents that support and I am building records of events that have transpired since 1997 of the transfer of this land from Sandrich Estate to the Black south african women who have been taken advantage of by our municipality as they have grown old we seek assistance to fight for the 280 families of this land to be given back to the rightfully owners for these families to start again to work the land.
Hoping you will find this message and revert back to us in good faith with a helping hand.
