Dear Chairman Adrian John Williams
On 26 October 2018, at or about 18h45 on DSTV Channel 408, we listened to the Gauteng Gambling Board address the DTI Portfolio Committee. In our affidavit submitted to the Zondo Commission on State Capture, we provide a synopsis of 21 years of history and evidence concerning the award of the Gold Reef City Casino Licence. We concluded that, had it not been for fraud and corruption at the Gauteng Gambling Board under Chairman Isaac Vincent Maleka, the Gold Reef City Casino license could never have been granted. This short paragraph is an introduction to a longer and well documented history which will show that the Gauteng Gambling Board is not only corrupt but more, in violation of constitutional law, they have sustained their fraud for 17 years. This unlawful conduct has resulted in an order of the court which requires me to serve a term of imprisonment. Both unlawful imprisonment and torture violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, In particular we single out Mr Edward Lalumbe, one among whom we had direct interaction with on more than one occasion at the Gauteng Gambling Board, from or about the year 2002. Our allegation, based on the evidence, is that the Gauteng Gambling Board, under government led by the African National Congress, REMAINS an Organ of State corrupted by the original owners of the Gold Reef City Casino Licence and as such lacks the requisite legitimacy to be heard before Parliament. We appeal for a hearing in which we're given an opportunity to substantiate our allegations, in the presence of the Gauteng Gambling Board.
