I have followed your career Honorable Deputy Minister and you are a true leader of the future. My brother Winston Philander was studying at Pentech when you were SRC president. Keep on developing yourself and the ANC will keep on increasing your responsibility. Your recent press conference on foreign nationals dominating Hillbrow and it's impact on crime was a clear indication of the vision you have for a crime free South Africa. You are indeed correct it is not xenophobia but an important national issue our Nation must discuss. Our country is not a free for all and us and our ancestors have fought and died for this land. We should also discuss the criteria for allowing all foreigners into our country. We should take our land by using our own laws and not violence and send the illegals back to their countries. Those who are here legally are free to do so but they must follow our laws. The SAPS has our full support under your and Minister Cele. All of the best my brother, comrade and leader.
