GGood day sir,
please raise this issues of Budget cuts at unit level at your next meeting.

It seems that budget cuts at reserve force units only applies to the ground level soldiers of the unit and never to the higher rank soldiers.

A typical example is when the Officer Commanding of a unit announces a budget cut of 35%, it only applies to some in the unit. e.g the man-days for group 1 will stay the same or maybe drop with 2days, and for some it will go down from 15 to 7 days.
There is never a fair guideline and application of all taking the same cut of 35%.
The second issues is the effect; e.g take 35% from a troop, cpl or staff versus 35% from a Major ,Col, or capt is a massive difference.
It seems that the workforce is targeted and the management not.
how does this work sir? You telling me that some soldiers will be utilize in war for 30 days and some soldiers can only combat for 10 days and then go home. Fairness should apply to all, if we are one concept army.
Again, this is pure fraud taking place. Please investigate this unfairness in Reserve Units, thank you
