Hi minister
My name is seipati Mphatsoe, I'm a student at Ewc Tembisa campus I've failed one subject which cost R 935 and I've tried to negotiate with the collage to pay half the amount so that I can register the subject but they refused. They said they needed the full amount and if I don't pay it before the registration closes then it means I'm going to add another year to my course and this frustrates me because I'm not saying I don't have the money to pay them but I need them to give me a chance to pay half then I will pay the remaining balance end of February but its like I'm talking to the wall. Would really appreciate it if you could help me and my fellow students , who are going through this.
