I would like to raise an issue that I trust you are able and capable of assisting me with. My late father took over his mother's rental house in Hanover Park in 1987, us his surviving children lived in the house until my parent divorced and we moved out. However, we were still in contact with my father and assisted him financially. The CoCT is refusing to issue my late father the title deed to the house even though they have admitted they never personally interacted with him (though they went to other individuals personally to advise and explain the matter.) to explain and guide him. In mitchell's plain the city did the same and have again ( by sending personalize letter and doing house visits) issued tenants with the ownership of their houses. I need your help my father has been done in justice and they now want to evict my brother off the property. I await your response.
