On the 29th November 2017 against an avalanche of contrary views you stood out and spoke for a Magistrate who was sought to be removed by Parliament. I was that Magistrate. By Legislative sanction my family and I were rendered to penury. I had done no wrong. All I had done was to stay true to my oath of office. I have no regrets. I served South Africa with honour and for this my family and I paid a heavy price. Thank you, Honourable Member. You are appreciated.
