Dear Ms Van Zyl

I've been following the social media posts where you have been holding Mayor Babalwa Lobishe of Nelson Mandela Bay accountable. It is encouraging to see her dismal performance being tracked and the tough questions being asked.

It would be good to see this level of scrutiny applied to all mayors. Too often it seems, poor service delivery reflects leadership who are either unqualified or unwilling to fix situtations - sometimes after benefiting personally - while residents are left dealing with the consequences.
