I have been using" telkomsa", as my email service provider for some years now. Ever since 2017, i started having issues with forwarding attachments to other recipients. It showed up in my sent box, but the recipients never receive the mail. Very frustrating when trying to do business in these difficult times. I have been to Telkom in Cresta, and they tried to assist, but don`t really look like they`re interested. The problem persists. Now I can`t even dial up to "do messaging" What the hell is the problem with them. Just another Government Department that cannot deliver. I tried calling the Minister, (Mokonyane), and I get a message that the operator is not available. What is the operator doing. He/she, should be available, at least during working hours.
Does anyone else have the same, or similar issues with Telkom.
The same applies to Telkom fault reporting. Not one of the numbers on their site is operational. God help us!
