I applied for citizenship 3 years ago and till now nothing came out. The application was approved last year aNd i also did the induction but till now no certificate was given . People have been waiting for several months just to get the certificate but in vain . This is unacceptable as the process time was supposed to be 1 year. Noone knows when the certificates will be available .Please assist .. thanks
