The non youth age group between 36 to 59 year old are so sidelined.

I am 55 years old and very capable, able, active and can do much. I am an Icon who got vast of indigenous experience and I have designed my own new educational methods of Arts and Culture made in South Africa.

It is vocational, theory and practical.

The challenge is that: general application for funding from Arts Culture and Sport and other government arts funding agencies are not enough and healthy for us Icons. There are many red tapes as well. I suggest that there should be normal funding process for all as it has been. Then have special unique funding set aside for Icons.

I therefor suggest that you spare aside special Icons funding for Special Icons Skill Development and Training programs. At least to start with for the first time.2025 Spare at least One Hundred and Fifty Million to Five Hundred Million for the three year period.

I am so, ready to suggest a special meeting with you as how to make a simple criteria as to who qualifies, what qualities needed to qualify.

To further assist. I have drafted a guiding template format and the Icon special program that is indigenous and very new to the world. So, I suggest spare aside the budget. Then consultations for mutual general understanding. The last stage is to be rolling out the funds.

I do have a fully written clear initiative of myself called Special Icons Funding for Special Icons project. So, as the initiator, I wanted to lead by example.

In closing. The initiative has developmental stage, advancing stage, job creation stage. The program include schools and also create education and training that is employable, it is a huge course.

It would put South Africa on the world of new innovation and tourism South Africa and creative industry will be greatly boosted for many years. Just like as China did with its Martial Art creation of Shaolin Kung Fu. We can do much more with our Pantsula and more other innovative cultures.

Lastly: What even prompt me to suggest the additional budget within this arts and culture sector, is that Arts and Culture is huge and has so many formations, et it has been one of the most unlooked and not being talked about iin terms of budget increase.
