Dear Dean Macpherson,

I am interested in a property that is managed by DPWI. In order to rent this property I have to wait for a tender process to be initiated and for the property to come up for tender on the DPWI website.

As far as I am aware the only way to know when the tender comes up, is to go to the website and look at the latest released tenders every day until the property comes up.

Surely there should be an easier way by subscribing to a town or sector that could notify you when a tender comes up?
