I’m reaching out for your comment regarding remarks attributed to Sandile Mdlongwa a Masters Student at The African Institute describing Coloured people as a “product of rape.”

Given your role as a Patriotic Alliance MP and the party’s advocacy around the Coloured community, I would value your perspective on the issue of accountability and whether political loyalties or personality politics risk overshadowing the people affected.

Do you believe this matter deserves accountability, and is it fair for the broader Coloured community to bear the consequences of a controversy involving one individual?
