We, the undersigned citizens of South Africa, submit this petition to demand urgent action against Mr. Tashriq Ahmed.
Background
Mr. Tashriq Ahmed, a suspended lawyer, has continued to act unlawfully by selling fraudulent immigration permits and documents to foreign nationals. Despite being barred from legal practice, he exploits his former legal status to deceive vulnerable individuals.
Concerns Raised
Fraudulent Permits:
Mr. Ahmed is selling fake permits, visas, and immigration papers, which are not recognized by the Department of Home Affairs.
Exploitation of Vulnerable People:
He charges large sums of money from desperate foreign nationals who believe they are obtaining legal residency.

Public Warning:
Authorities must issue a public notice warning the community not to engage with Tashriq Ahmed in any legal or immigration matter.
Conclusion
The unlawful actions of Mr. Tashriq Ahmed are damaging the credibility of South Africa’s legal system, endangering national security, and exploiting vulnerable individuals. Immediate intervention is necessary to stop his fraudulent activities.
