Sir, use your office to address genuine, law abiding and hard working foreigners whom visas has been withheld unjustly by the past minister.
Not all foreigners are thieves, useless, uneducated and miscreants. Most are well behaved and law abiding .
I am sure you are capable of sound judgement in dispatch of your ministerial duties.
