Good day Minister

I hope you are doing well.

My car was stolen last week Tuesday in Paarl... I went to the Police Station and the Police officer started to make jokes with my wife and I asked him to leave her alone and focus on what i came there to do... Tge man started to tell me a lot of things that i must not be insecured etc. The captain was there and he told us that we were causing a chaos at the station. My brother did calm me down and i eventually proceeded with the case i went to report and the same officer assisted me. I received the following day an SMS telling me who was investigating my case. I received 3 different messages stating who will be invetigating the case. I received the message below:

Goodday mr tsotetsi, Paarl Cas 396/7/2019 19 will be temporarilly closed as undetected. Paarl Cid Greetings.

And a call afterwards from SAPS. WO.G MAARMAN telling that they putting the case on hold they will continue with it once there is a lead.

In my car was my learners my marriage certificate my specs actually all my important documents. I just feel i have to ask you to please intervene on my behalf as my car was an old car and had no insurance please sir. Help me. A friend of mine called a day after my car was stolen and told me he saw a car that was similar to mine at Constantia Village but he was driving past the car on his way to work. I then rushed to police station in Mbekweni where i stay for them to please alert the police at Constantia. None of this happened they told the police at Paarl where i opened the case and the above-mentioned officer called me a few hours later and told me that they cannot just go and look for the because my friend is not sure if it was my car. But i felt that they could have requested a footage from that Mall. But none of this happened he told me that my friend must call them when he sees the car again.

I personally dont have money to buy another car that is why i was hoping that SAPS was gonna assist me in getting my car back

Thank you

Kind Regards
