I am concerned about having to pay a full Salary to our helper even though she hasnt been working since the Lockdown started.

# Straight to the point:

I fall under one of the companies that received a permit to work during this time (even though i work from home). We are a supplier of audio Visual, control of switching systems, Live streaming, Web Streaming, Video conferencing Systems, remote learning software & hardware solutions

We are currently supplying these goods to Resellers who are providing these Solutions to Large Corporates, Banks, Government, and also goods intended for current projects relating to COVID-19

Over and above that; I am a mother of 3 (18yr old & Twins (19months)). I wake up as early as 4:30am and start doing house Chores, so that by 8:00am i am ready to work. I do not have a problem doing that, but i have a problem having to pay someone who left a day before the lockdown because her friend was going home even though i told her that i will be working

Please advise of other payment methods that can be offered to her as i feel it is unfair for me to have to pay her even though i have been working tirelessly throughout this time
