Dear Minister Malatsi

While I hold no candle to Elon Musk, I do believe that legalising Starkink (and/or any other similar innovations) will be a boon to rural South Africa. I am retired now and spent the last 10 years of my working life training young South Africans in digital technologies in the rural areas of Limpopo. The biggest challenge faced by institutions and individuals in rural South Africa is access to affordable and reliable data. As you will know, access to data has been declared a human right by the UN and legalising Starkink or similar will ensure access to this human right by all South Africans.
