The above Home Affairs offfice is an absolute disgrace!

My Husband and I are both over 70 and all we need is to collect. We were told to go and stand at the bottom of a very long staircase. I fall over if I stand too long and both of us have had cancer. There are very old black people here who can barely stand and they are receiving the same treatment. Because we argued with the meet and greet person she has disappeared and won’t serve us! I thought this mess at Home Affairs had been sorted out but clearly not!!!! Collections should take a minute or two but doesn’t if everyone is standing around talking instead of doing the jobs the taxpayer is paying them to do. We need a Minister who will sort these vile places out!
