Good day Rachel. Kindly help. My Mom bought a stand in Vaal in 1999. Ever since she bought a stand she didn't build. I went to the municipality today 17/05/18 to check if everything was still ok. The stand is still vacant but the stand now belong to midvaal municipality. She paid the stand in full and she has supporting document including the title deed as a proof. All we want to do is to pay for rates and taxes that the stand accumulated to claim back what is hers . Kindly assist us if you can or escalate this issue to the person who can help us.
