My name is Bulelwa Sondlo. I believe there are serviced stands in Gauteng. I have been to Elberton and to cut the story short I was told to leave my id copy and my contact number under the door because the office is closed.

I have written a letter to the Department. And someone called me saying the office was never closed. He took my id number and promised to call me. He never called me he never answer my calls nor messages.

I would like to know, where do I go to check if my name is on the waiting list. When is the office in Alberton officially opening for business. Your assistance will be appreciated as I am a single parent who would like to build my
Own place instead of renting high amounts. I have written many letters to the department before but no response. I am trying to get to the Minister maybe she will be able to give me a direction on this. I will be happy if I can have
