I applied for the SRD R350 grant last year April it is now September 2023 and no money was paid to me even though my status on my application for periods April 2022 - July 2023 has all been approved.
I recently updated my bank details in July 2023.

I was then told by Nonhlanhla Charmaine Mashao the call centre complaints manager that the process for bank details to be verified could take one month thereafter payment dates will be created.
On 23rd of August 2023 my bank details were verified but still no payments dates created.

I'm currently unemployed and depending on this money. After numerous attempts made trying to email Sassa call centre nobody has responded to my emails Is this how department of social services treat the public?
Below is the email from Nonhlanhla Charmaine Mashao she has not responded again after this and that was sent on 10 August.
Where is the urgency when it's come to the relief of distress for Citizens of South Africa.

The process could take 1 month, once the account is verified, then payment dates will be created. Unfortunately, I will not be able to state how many months will be paid into your account, when the payment dates have been created. Kindly, wait for the payment dates to be created and funds paid into your account.
