I would like to find out what the delay is with regards to my application status.

It has been stating approved all along from last year without payment dates and I have been calling customer care to get payment dates but my application is now on referred status and I do not know what I need to do to have back to approved, I have attached my ID copy and my contact number is 0793793927.

When I call the customer care I get told that my application status doesn't show why it has been referred like other applications, so please let me know what is going on and what I need to do, go to sassa offices? Send an email? Wait for an sms (bear in mind time is running out for us to collect our grants but we are not the cause of the delay).
