I am writing to you today because I am concerned about the youth unemployment rate and way of dealing with it would be to teach them skills that would help them earn self income since inflation is high and that would also decrease the crime rate. I am a tattoo artist that has been working on it but the lack of exposure and help from the selected facilities like NYDA is slow on our end and such skills if thought to the youth and kids would help not only tattoo but crafting and welding.
