I am reaching out in the hopes that you could assist with the urgent matter below .
My daughter was accepted to attend the new Autism facility at Agape; In Mitchells Plain in June2022 .Myself and her father attended the meeting and were advised we would receive a call in July with details of the registration process .

Since that meeting there has been no communication up until I started following up and emailed the school and started copying relevant parties as the dispute escalated .

Today I am reaching out to you for assistance in securing placement for my daughter who has Autism who will be 8years old next June .She has not seen the inside of a classroom .There has been little to no communication and support from the school and its representatives to this point .In my last comm on Friday 14/10/2022 I communicated with Denville Dawson and Berinice Daniels from the specialized education division at WCED .I have requested confirmation in writing (email) for when my daughter will be able to start school in January 2023 and an option for an alternative placement at Chere' Botha to which I am still waiting for a response .

In addition to emailing you I have also emailed our ward councillor Solomon Philander and emailed the portfolio of department of basic education

Is there anything you can do to assist in this matter please ?
