Hello Minister Pandor,

I am writing on behalf of my partner and other South Africans, who are currently stranded on the Balinese island of Lombok and scattered throughout Indonesia. Attempts have been made to contact the South African embassy in Indonesia. Neither phone calls nor emails have been responded to; why?

Their flights have been cancelled and they are running out of resources very quickly.

This is an emergency and we do not know where else to turn to. I was lead to believe, that this is your jurisdiction, so I am asking for your assistance in this matter.
