Dear Mr Roos

I am a South African living in France, and need to renew my passport before October 2025. I have heard that we must now apply online but the consulate in Brussels (the closest one to where I live) cannot give us information on how this works for citizens living overseas. Please advise asap. It takes anything from a year to 18 months for us to get a renewed passport overseas, and we cannot live here without it. Certainly a dilemma!
