Three years ago I applied (and paid for) a long form birth certificate for my son Mark Wheatley. I made to application to the South African Consulate in Canberra, Australia.

Mark was born in Kimberley on 29 September 1981.

To date I have not received the certificate, and repeated emails to the Consulate have been futile.

I would be very grateful for your assistance in this matter.
