I am a South African citizen in the UK, I have waited 5 months for my passport to come through, the service is appalling, the SA High Commission in UK adds to the existing dismal service given by their counterparts in South Africa. The daily slot given to make calls has not been answered for 5 months, We continue to wait to get through no one ever picks up the phone.

Its time the commision's on both sides was taken to court for the lack of service that has caused major delays and families kept apart unnecessarily.

Ministers failures have to now be known and addressed.

PLEASE INTERVENE IN MY APPLICATION. I AM IN A COUNTRY WITH NO VALID PASSPORT DUE TO THE DELAY IN SA.
