I am hoping to get some assistance from you. I have contacted many people including our ward counselor and another but haven't received a response regarding a leak/water running from a fire hydrant opposite my home on a neighbour's property. It's been 2 weeks now and nothing has been done. A complaint was lodged with the City of Cpae Town, a City whose slogan is "This City works for you" definitely not working for me or our neighborhood. The Citybis quick to disconnect people's water but jow water is being wasted and running away for 2 weeks now. Please advise whether you are able to assist us with this problem.
