To date the family has not been given any explanation but instead all questions are not answered, Mr Moseki disappeared shortly after having frequent meetings with his Kolonel and even in the middle of the night because of an investigation that has been happening in the department. His Colonel Otto was constantly checking on all the information that he had and went as far as to pay his friend to monitor his movements and paid him according to the friend. The friend further stated that should anything have happened to Mr Moseki his Colonel Otto knows his where he is. This follows a fraud investigation in the department involving Colonel Otto. All leads have just vanished including the video footage of the day all this happened, the family has told that the car was recovered in headquarters according to a witness who saw a colleague park it but that footage has also gone missing.
