Dear Minister

I applied for a smart id card on the 29th November 2024 at the Pavillion Branch in KZN. Up until today, I don't have my smart id. The call center doesn't have answers for me, they keep telling me it's stuck at fingerprint verification and they have escalated the matter.

I don't know what to do now, I cannot do my biometrics on my accounts. My current green barcoded ID is not scanning since I did this application Please help as I have run out of options
