Hi ntate I have a problem with a Sefa procurement card that I have received in December 2023 but till today I still can't use it because the supplier Tuccys that is based In JHB has a contract with Sefa to buy stock for grant receipts, my problem is the grant itself its R10 500 that is supposed to help me grow my tuck shop, but when tuccsy deliver stock to us they take an amount of R3500 as their profit . Their brands or quality of the products they supply are not for someone who wants to grow their business. I've tried to plead with Sefa and Nedbank to unblock the card because I honestly need to buy stock but they refuse to help us, they are a lot of people sitting with this problem but don't have the means of help. On top of that I have written letters to request Sefa to assist as I have never signed any contract with tuccsy and despite that nothing has been done. I recently received assistance with the container from Coke which from my pocket i was only able to put more shelves and security for it, but I need the funds to put stock for me to start working. I really need your help with this matter.
