We are very disappointed by the service we are receiving from Eskom officials such as Matshidiso Phaladi who is the Sector Manager for Limpopo. In Sekhukhune district, there is a village called Thoto which Eskom introduced what can call load shedding which punctually starts at 17h00 to 19h00 daily. It also starts at 05h00 to 07h00. This village is predominantly occupied by the elderly citizens who pay for electricity. No one is explaining to them what the problem is. Matshediso was sent a message 3 weeks ago to explain this to the residents but she is not bothering to return their messages. She is not even answering her phone. Whatsapp with messages to her reflect that she is indeed receiving the messages. Could you plse step in and assist these elderly citizens?
