Morning Mme Motshekga,my name is Tebogo Mkhabela,husband of Sarah Madigo who is an administrator at umalusi, unfortunately she's a victim of sexual harassment and unfair labour practices, she's being denied her bonuses for being pregnant,now recently she's being accused of forging a signature of her manager ( accused person), the manager has a final warning against him. To make matters worse she asked for a lateral transfer ( volunteered herself at CCMA), the CEO flatly refused Infront of the commissioner, suddenly she's been put under dures to hushly accept a transfer from the CEO,and the matter is with her legal council, she's now being threatened of insurbodination,is all this legal,what rakometse is doing???, She was in hospital and the manager is adamant that she deserves a warning for work which was done whilst she was in hospital.
