Please advise if there are plans and the timelines to implement them to stop any sewer & pollutant flows into the river systems that kills the wildlife and destroys the environment? Sewer plants that are functioning under capacity and those that cannot process sewer treatment have allowed raw sewerage to flow in the river systems.

With informal settlements allowed to spring up next to river systems, there is dumping of waste, plastic waste and faeces into these waterways and I am not aware of any plans to prevent this. It has serious health concerns and also is a environmental disaster. Are there any plans and if so what is the timeline to implement it?
