Gooday honourable minister, I'm a sout African citizen who loves his country and it's people. I have an idea of improving revenue collection and better way of reporting back to the people of what's happening in the municipalities, I've been a labour activist for the past 20 years and I've been in civil engineering space 2017 was a finalist in gauteng economic development build environment sector. I have a partnership proposition to change the status quo of the attitude of non payment and change the community to love their infrastructure. I f I'm given opportunity to pitch my idea.
