Dear sir
It is with great regret to inform you that, your dep. Is failing to assist patients or clients, in a speedy service, "the Kimberly city clinic PHC. Patients wait for 4hrs to be served, and 3hrs to get thire med at the pharmacy. This is so disgusting. Especially to those who come for collection, dressing, results, worse for checking diabetes level, cholesterol level, peak flow and AFB or FBC check. We have to wait like all new cases or for referral requisition.
No improvement of whatsoever has been yet notified.
Is this a lack of competence, staff or treatment we have to suffer till we died Infront of your staff?.
Patients complain daily, but none of whatsoever above, has been adhered to. Is it because we are too black to be severely punished for?.
No upgrading of facility and, or entire service.
Shortage of staff is a defensive weapon to this clinic.
This is an issue on members of the public's mouths, but doesn't even touch the hearts of those who are eligible to act on it.
We suffer the wealthy of our own efforts, to elect out people for a change.
We thank you, our government, for this treatment.
