I would like to bring to your attention the poor service at
Department of Home Affairs in Prospection.The staff lack
professionalism and speak to patrons rather poorly having no
respect. I have been to the Department on two days and staff do
not seem to know what they are doing.
Please can you address the poor service issue with this office.
The manner in which people are treated is absolutely poor. There
is no customer service.
