As a registered micro-lender we have been receiving funding from sefa for the past 5 years and were paying them back diligently, and our latest application was rejected in spite of we fulfilling all sefa requirements.

We are presently in a serious cash flow situation and are struggling to meet with our monthly commitments and at the same time, the emerging entrepreneurs the many that we assist more especially the youth are struggling to maintain their small business as they depend on us for funding their businesses.

We were considered for R 4 million and R 1 million grant assistance, form sefa in March 2018 and since then we are given the run around and our situation is deteriorating seriously as the months go by.

Our our on-lending policy is concentration more on emerging entrepreneurs and informal businesses as no other finance agencies or banks are prepared to assist these businesses so most of these business will either close or will go to a loan shark at ridiculously high costs to them .
