Dear Minister

My name is Anele Sondiyazi, I live in Bloemfontein free state, my address is 6457 maphisa street Phahameng location BFN,I'm writing to you now because I have been trying to get justice for over 3 years now since my mother Eva Momvula Phato died on 2019, my mother's family has been continuously making attacks on my mothers house. At first it was at my mothers funeral where they insulted us and told us to leave the house, my mothers funeral was not peaceful at all, it was a war at late hours and at night,someone could have died, I'm still waiting for closure of why this is happening to me. While I was living there with the tenants , there were numerous other attacks on the house by this family, and those made me move out coz they were threatening my life, now that I have moved out of the house , I received a call Thursday night from one of my tenants where in that call I was told that Neo Phato(ex convict and gang leader) and Thato Phato both came to break the windows and they were shouting my name saying they gonna kill me... I'm not asking too many things, I'm just asking for justice to be served because, these people keep running away and I wanna stand in court with them so that the law can take its course about the estate war . I wouldn't be contacting you if I had more plans to solve this, this is me contacting you because I have no where else to find help ,the police wont enter and look in my uncle's house to arrest these boys.

and by now I have left that house in efforts to keep me and my pregnant girl friend safe. I'm having confidence that you can help me to defend my mothers honor because this distant relative family has never lived there with me and mother and my Grandfather, but now they are really defeating the ends of justice because I always go to police station to report them but police always never really help me, it's like they are waiting for me to get hurt so that they can say the case is now serious enogh for them to embark upon it. I need to mourn my mother in peace and focus in on finding a job, but now this family feud is really taking its toll on me, I can't even sit quietly and watch tv,I'm always worried what they will do next.
