Dear Ian Cameron

I am writing this massage as a concern as a member of saps security official wearing black uniform, which doesn't have any structure. We have only level 3 and few of level 5 all province.
We are not allowed to apply any post promotion withine saps. We work the same job as pss members but differ with act as we have been appointed as psa act. Please help us as the union failed to solve this issue.
