Good day my paragon of the paramount leadership i am praying that section 29 of the constitutions to be amended may it be transformed that it can articulates and support Africans who are talented, my leadership i am praying that our educational system it must promote talented kids at the preliminary stage and i express concern is that our Africans learners are in need of help by the government so that they can follow their talents like in AMERICA ,CHINA my leadership i believe that Africans are capable to invent and be productive
